In January [prior to mocks] and April/May [prior to exams]
Invoices for regular lessons are sent out at the beginning of each half-term for projected lessons that half-term and can be paid virtually with any major debit or credit card.
Cancellation policy:
A minimum notice of 24-hours must be given for any missed lesson, or the student will be charged in full.
